Spicy Pepperoni Delight
A bold pizza with crispy pepperoni, jalapeno, and a drizzle of hot honey.
Ingredients
- 1 ball pizza dough about 250g
- 1/3 cup pizza sauce
- 4 oz shredded mozzarella
- 3 oz sliced pepperoni
- 1 fresh jalapeño thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp hot honey or honey + red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 500°F (260°C) with a pizza stone or steel inside.
- Stretch the dough and spread the pizza sauce evenly, leaving a border for the crust.
- Top with mozzarella, pepperoni, and jalapeño slices.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling and the pepperoni edges are crisped.
- Drizzle with hot honey right before serving. Slice and enjoy the heat.
